Daniel Arnold

Daniel Arnold is a German strategy consultant, entrepreneur, brand management and communications expert. He is a Founding Partner at CCX Inclusive Business and the Founder and Managing Partner of ConsumerCentriX (CCX). In 2018, he set up the African hub for CCX in Kampala, Uganda.

In 2012 Daniel founded ConsumerCentriX, a strategy-consulting firm focused on translating empirical research, human-centered market analysis and industry expertise into actionable insight that informs commercial and policy choices as well as product design. Daniel has led many projects at ConsumerCentriX that successfully pioneered new ways of customer centricity and spearheaded organizational change that strengthened customer focus in clients’ organisations.  These projects included major strategic innovations for a diverse range of multinational clients, including Logitech, Procter & Gamble, IKEA, Efes, Bayer, and EBRD.

Before he founded ConsumerCentriX, Daniel worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble.  During this time, he gained experience on several major brands from the Swissand Western European Market. For several years, he also led an advertising agency where he worked for multinational clients.

In addition to his work at ConsumerCentriX and CCX Inclusive Business, Daniel is a co-founder of several hospitality enterprises that challenge the traditional ways of hospitality. He is also an active Business Angel and is on the board of several start-up companies.

Daniel holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Passau University in Germany. He also studied at Hungary’s leading business and economics school, Corvinus University in Budapest.

Daniel is professionally fluent in English, German and French, and understands Italian and Spanish.
