PARENT COMPANY

ConsumerCentriX  was founded in 2012 by Daniel Arnold to assist industry and innovation leaders around the world in enhancing their strategic impact, sustainability and profit.

“ValueDNA”, a proprietary approach of psychographic research & segmentation is established as ConsumerCentriX’s starting point for strategy, product innovation and communication. Based in Geneva and Budapest, ConsumerCentriX works with leading consumer-facing multinational companies, including Logitech and IKEA.

A GROWING FOCUS ON FINANCIAL SERVICES IN EMERGING MARKETS

Benedikt Wahler joins as a partner with 15 years of experience working in financial services and strategy consulting in Central and Eastern Europe and Africa.  CCX begins to increasingly take on engagements in financial services and entrepreneurship in the emerging markets resulting in the completion of over 20 projects.

Clients seek out ConsumerCentriX for expertise on Gender-intelligent Finance and MSME Banking as well as a thorough understanding of how to practically apply digital solutions for the un-/underbanked. In this field, projects are with development institutions, NGOs, commercial banks, payments providers, telecommunications firms and institutional investors.

CCX INCLUSIVE BUSINESS

In 2019, ConsumerCentriX launches CCX Inclusive Business with a dedicated focus on financial inclusion. CCX Inclusive Business represents the company’s growing commitment to creating a conducive environment and scalable business models to reach, serve and empower un/underserved clientele in emerging markets.

Anna Gincherman and Alejandra Ríos join CCX Inclusive Business as Partners with an extensive track record of working with commercial banks, microfinance institutions, telecommunications providers, insurance companies, regulatory authorities on implementing large-scale solutions for reaching un/underserved populations, particularly women and youth, with financial services.
